REO Vendor Services helps Property Preservation companies find work and training in the Mortgage Field Services industry. We also provide back office support including labeling, sorting, and uploading photos and invoices to the national preservation companies. This includes Quality Control (counting debris and hazards, recommending bids, catching mistakes or missing photos, and making sure photos meet requirements, after hours updates, etc.). We offer centralized processing and billing for multiple clients. This allows contractors to focus on what they do best and let us handle the computer/administrative portion of the work. Our goal is to improve accuracy and turn times, as well as avoid penalties, auto declines, and late fees.  All jobs will be completed within 24 hours of receipt. 

REO Vendor Services is an independent contractor and charges
a small percentage of the invoice. With no overhead costs,
it is less expensive to outsource than it is to pay an in-house staff.
